As part of Vuteq Canada's ongoing commitment to creating a barrier-free environment, we welcome feedback regarding the way in which the organization provides goods and services to persons with disabilities. The suggested steps for providing feedback include:

Accessing Alternative Formats

Vuteq strives to deliver its services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities. As such, Vuteq is happy to provide an alternative communications format upon request. Please contact the HR Department for this support.

Service Disruptions: Buildings and Facilities

Vuteq recognizes the importance of building an accessible workplace, which includes specific features that are more widely used by persons with disabilities. It also recognizes that when these features are not operational, it can create significant barriers for persons with disabilities. In accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarian's with Disabilities Act (AODA) and Vuteq's commitment to creating an inclusive environment, Vuteq provides notification of such temporary building/facility service disruptions and they will be posted on the Employee Portal. 

If you become aware of any disruptions to an accessible feature at Vuteq (for example: an automatic door is not operational, there is ice on a ramp, a handrail is loose, etc.), please contact the HR department. 

In addition to this, if you have any questions or concerns about the temporary disruption or accessibility at one of Vuteq's facilities, please contact the Human Resources department. 

Accessible Parking

Plant 1: 920 Keyes Drive, Woodstock ON

There is accessible entrances and parking near Door A or Door B at the front and side entrance.

Plant 2: 885 Keyes Drive, Woodstock ON

There is an accessible entrance and parking near Door A at the front of the building.

Web Accessibility

Very soon, Vuteq will launch a new website that meets the Accessibility for Ontarian's with Disabilities Act (AODA) which complies with the Accessibility Standard for Employment guidelines.
